Keith established himself as an independent consultant and trainer in 1998 after a serving many years in the Army. Keith’s Army service culminated with him leading the Army’s Data Management Programme, in which he was responsible for developing and implementing the policy, standards and procedures to manage data as a corporate resource across the Army. Keith has continued to concentrate on data management in his current consultancy and training work. Keith is also an Associate Lecturer with the Open University, specialising in data and databases, and an accredited examiner for the Business Systems Development Diploma scheme provided by the Information Systems Examination Board of the British Computer Society.
