Following previous experience as a an Industrial Engineer with Cadbury Schweppes and a stint with South West Gas Lee has worked for Ford Credit Europe for more than 24 years now, initially fulfilling several roles in the business operations before transferring to IT. In 1999 she became an inaugural member of the project team behind the European Data Warehouse and has lead the design for a data model supporting integration of 19 countries and several disparate business types which now support Regulatory as well as Management Reporting from the same underlying data. She has initiated and is actively involved in internal data quality and harmonisation initiatives.
Lee is DAMA UK Chairman and is also the lead for the Communication between Business and Technology Working Group.
